Before it register with Joint stock Company it was proprietorship company and name was Sunshine Corporation and Sunshine Corporation started its activities in the year of 1976 and used to deal with Jute & Textile Mills Machineries, Spare parts & Accessories. At that time Sunshine Corporation was one of the biggest Jute & Textile Machineries, Spare Parts & Accessories supplier in Bangladesh. Sunshine Corporation Ltd. has expanded business since its inception into import, indenting, supply of complete plant on turnkey basis, supply of various kinds of machineries by recruited highly experienced marketing people, Engineers for smooth Running of all above business. The Management and all officers & staff of Sunshine Corporation Ltd. worked very hard and aggressively during 1976-1989 for the development of the company and for the hard work by the associates Sunshine Corporation Ltd. became reputed, trust worthy & popular trading company in Bangladesh.
